Strawberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pt. strawberries
1 c. sugar, divided
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped walnuts

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cut strawberries into 1/2-inch pieces. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of the sugar.
Set aside.
Combine dry ingredients and set aside.
