Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    2 cans (soup cans) milk
    2 (11 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 can chicken broth (optional)
Preparation
    Saute onion and oleo.
    Cut cheese into small pieces.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
    Beat with wire whip until all cheese is melted.
