Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 baking potatoes, sliced 3/8-inch thick
1/4 c. margarine, melted
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Arrange potato slices in a jelly roll pan or cookie sheet with sides.
In bowl, combine rest of ingredients.
Drizzle over potatoes.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
