Mom Zollner'S Plain Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. butter
1/4 lb. margarine
6 eggs, separated
1 large lemon rind
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat butters, egg yolks and sugar.
Add almond and lemon. Sift together flour and baking powder and add.
Beat egg whites and then fold into mixture.
Pour into greased and floured tube cake pan.
Bake one hour at 350\u00b0.
