Crumb Top Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
2/3 c. milk

Preparation

Cut 1/4 cup margarine into flour and brown sugar until mixture resembles coarse crumbs, then reserve 1/2 cup for the topping.
