Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans chunk style tuna
3 c. uncooked egg noodles
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. sliced green onions
2/3 c. sour cream
2 tsp. mustard
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. dry thyme laves
1/4 tsp. salt
1 small zucchini, scrubbed and sliced
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 medium tomato, chopped
Preparation

Drain and flake tuna and set aside.
Cook noodles according to directions on package.
Drain and rinse in hot water.
Combine noodles, tuna, celery and onion.
Blend in sour cream, thyme, mayonnaise mustard and salt.
Spoon 1/2 the mixture into a 2-quart casserole.
Top with 1/2 the zucchini.
Continue in layers and finally top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Top with chopped tomato.
