Sweet 'N Sour Carrots (Salad) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, scraped and sliced
    1 green pepper, sliced thin
    3 onions, sliced
    1/4 c. oil
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1 can tomato soup (we substitute tomato sauce when we don't have soup)
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook carrots in salted water until tender.
    Drain.
    Place in bowl to cool.
    Heat oil, vinegar and sugar in pan until sugar is dissolved.
    Put in blender.
    Add soup, mustards, salt and pepper. Blend.
    Pour over vegetables in bowl.
    Mix.
    Refrigerate overnight to let flavors blend.
    Tastes better after first day.
