Baked Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    9 Tbsp. sugar
    3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. sugar to caramelize
Preparation
    Beat eggs enough to mix yolks and whites.
    Add sugar, milk, salt and vanilla.
    Heat 3/4 cup sugar slowly to make caramel. Pour caramel into custard cups to coat sides and bottom.
    Pour in custard mixture.
    Set the cups in a pan with hot water and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until firm.
