Scrambled Eggs, Bacon And Tortillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 flour tortillas, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
    3 to 4 Tbsp. cooking oil
    3 to 4 slices bacon, fried and crumbled or 1/2 c. diced ham (optional)
    4 eggs, mixed in a bowl
Preparation
    In a medium sized pan, fry tortillas in cooking oil, stirring until browned. Add crumbled bacon or diced ham (if desired) and warm.
    Add eggs and scramble entire mixture over medium heat until eggs are cooked through.
    Serves 4.
