California Orange Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 3 1/2 lb.) frying chicken, cut into serving pieces
    1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    dash of black pepper
    4 Tbsp. fresh orange juice
    2 tsp. grated orange rind
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    orange slices and orange rind (for garnish)
Preparation
    Wash chicken.
    Pat dry.
    Arrange chicken pieces in a baking dish with lid.
    Add garlic and dot with butter.
    Sprinkle with soy sauce and black pepper.
    Cover dish with lid.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
    Remove from oven.
