Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns (O'Brien)
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    dash of garlic salt
    10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. crushed corn flakes or potato chips
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes.
    Mix all ingredients together and top with flakes.
    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes. Excellent for buffet with baked ham and pasta salad when entertaining a large number of people.
