Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    vegetable oil
    seasoned salt
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns or O'Brien potatoes, thawed
    1 can Durkee fried onions *
Preparation
    *Sprinkle remaining onions over casserole during last 5 minutes for crunchy topping.
