Pineapple Molasses Jumbles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained (reserve juice)
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 egg (room temperature)
    1/4 c. molasses
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1 c. coconut
    1/2 c. walnuts
Preparation
    Cream oleo and sugar; add egg, molasses and pineapple.
    Mix well.
    Add flour, baking soda and spices.
    Fold in coconut and walnuts.
    Drop on lightly greased cookie sheet.
    Brush with reserved pineapple juice and sprinkle with sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
