Beef Bologna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger (lean)
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick
    1/2 tsp. Liquid Smoke
    Pinch of salt
    1/8 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients by hand.
    Divide into 3 parts and roll into 6-inch rolls. Wrap in Handi-wrap.
    Refrigerate for 24 hours. Unwrap and put in broiler pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour. Refrigerate or put in freezer.
