Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. zucchini, peeled
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, sliced
    1/2 lb. sliced or grated American cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
Preparation
    Any of the cream soups are good, celery, broccoli, asparagus.
