Mocha-Almond Biscotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. whole unblanched almonds
    2 c. white flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 large eggs
    2 large egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
    2 tsp. instant coffee powder
    4 tsp. water
    1 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
    1/2 tsp. pure almond extract
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Spread almonds on baking sheet and bake 12 to 14 minutes until lightly toasted.
    Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
    Whisk eggs, egg whites and vanilla and add to dry ingredients; mix until smooth.
