Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. roast
    3/4 c. water
    1 jar pepperoncini peppers
    1 tsp. sweet basil
    1 tsp. salt
    4 beef bouillon cubes
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Cook roast until very tender.
    Break into pieces.
    Add to pan drippings the remaining ingredients.
    Simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Refrigerate overnight.
