Broccoli Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. broccoli florets
    1 clove garlic
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. light cream
    4 eggs, separated
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook broccoli in boiling water with garlic until tender. Remove garlic; drain.
    Melt butter; add flour and gradually pour in the cream.
    Cook until thick; add beaten egg yolks and broccoli.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Season.
    Pour into buttered and floured ring.
    Place in pan of boiling water and bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
