1/4 c. chopped green peppers
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1/4 c. cracker crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tsp. diced pimento, drained
1/4 tsp. salt
