Cheddar Turkey Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Minute rice
    2 Tbsp. onion, minced
    1 pkg. frozen peas
    2 c. diced turkey
    1 can cheese soup
    1 c. milk
    1 c. cheese crackers, finely crushed
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Prepare rice. Add onion.
    Put in greased casserole dish and sprinkle with peas. Add turkey.
    Mix soup and milk; pour over rice and turkey. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
