Stuffed Bread - cooking recipe

1 LB bread dough
1/4 to 1/2 LB boiled ham
1/4 to 1/2 LB provolone cheese
1/4 LB Genoa Salami
1 jar pepper salad
Preparation

You will need; rolling pin, wooden toothpicks, nonstick spray, baking sheet, cooling rack Drain pepper salad well Roll dough out into a rectangular shape Layer ham, cheese, salami, and peppers onto the dough Roll the bread over onto itself. Pinch lengthwise and ends, secure with toothpicks Bake about 20 minutes at 400F Cut in half (to drain juices) and set on cooling rack over a sink or pan. Serve warm or cold. Can be frozen.
