Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese (save 1 c. for top)
    1/3 c. melted oleo
    3 Tbsp. chopped chives
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except potatoes.
    Add potatoes.
    Pour into a casserole; top with 1 cup cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until light brown and bubbly.
