Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. sweet milk
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix and pour into deep dish pie shell.
    Bake in 475\u00b0 oven for 5 minutes.
    Turn oven down to 425\u00b0 and finish baking for about 15 minutes or until your knife comes out clean.
