Hot Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans whole tomatoes
3 Tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/2 to 1 Tbsp. garlic powder (less if desired)
1/2 tsp. white vinegar
1/2 to 1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper (to taste)
2 to 3 slices jalapeno pepper (for flavor)
Preparation

Blend all ingredients a few seconds. (In blender, press on button and then off.) Ready to eat. Yield: 1 quart.
