Hot Crab Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 tsp. cream-style horseradish
2 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. sherry wine
1 (6 to 8 oz.) can crab meat, drained and flaked
Preparation

Soften cheese in 1-quart casserole in microwave oven for 1 minute.
Mix in remaining ingredients, except crab.
Stir in crab. Cook in microwave oven for 5 to 6 minutes.
Remove, stir and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon paprika and serve.
Makes 2 cups.
