Black Bean Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. dried black beans
2 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1 bay leaf
1 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. dry white wine (optional)
Preparation

Soak beans overnight.
Boil for 1 hour.
Saute vegetables and herbs in oil and add to pot.
Simmer until tender, about 2 to 3 hours.
If you want them creamier, remove 1 cup beans, mash or cream in blender and return to pot.
