Hot Burger Potato Baskets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes, baked
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 pkg. brown gravy mix
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Combine beef and seasoned salt, shape into 4 oval patties 2 inches thick.
    Broil or fry until done.
    Prepare brown gravy according to package directions, keep warm.
    Cut lengthwise slit across top of potato.
    Gently squeeze into circular shape.
    With a spoon press pulp against potato skin to form a basket.
    Sprinkle with additional seasoned salt.
    Place meat patties in potato baskets.
    Top with 1 tablespoon cheese.
    Serve topped with gravy.
