Salmon Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. yellow corn meal
1 egg, slightly beaten
3/4 c. milk
1 large can red salmon, drained
Preparation

Sift together flour, salt and baking powder.
Stir in corn meal. Combine egg and milk.
Stir in dry ingredients.
Break salmon into bite size pieces and fold into batter.
Drop by teaspoon into hot oil (375\u00b0).
Fry until golden brown, about 4 minutes.
