Enchilada - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
    1 lb. Longhorn Cheddar cheese
    salt, pepper & garlic salt to taste
    1 onion, grated
    corn tortillas, about 15-18
    1 pkg. Williams chili seasoning
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion, salt, pepper, and garlic salt.
    (Save enough cheese to cover top.)
    Set aside.
