Easy Butterscotch Pralines - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. butterscotch Jell-O pudding mix
1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. pecans
Preparation

Mix pudding mix, white sugar, brown sugar, evaporated milk and butter.
Cook and stir over low heat until sugar dissolves.
Add pecans; boil 2 to 5 minutes or until soft ball stage.
Beat until shiny.
Drop on wax paper to cool.
