Oriental Beef And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless sirloin steak, cut into 1/4-inch strips
    1 medium green pepper, seeded and cut into strips
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 tsp. instant beef-flavored bouillon granules
    1/3 c. water
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 tsp. sugar
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Combine beef, green pepper, mushrooms, water chestnuts, onion and garlic.
    Stir-fry for about 5 minutes, stirring continuously, using 2 tablespoons oil.
