Orange Beets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can frozen orange juice
    1 juice can water
    3/4 c. cider vinegar
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 (No. 2 1/2) can whole, small beets
Preparation
    Moisten cornstarch with 1/2 of water.
    Mix other ingredients (except butter and beets).
    Bring to a boil; add cornstarch. Stir and cook until clear and thick (about 8 minutes).
    Add butter, then beets.
    Heat well and serve.
