Fresh Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
    peaches
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    pinch of salt
    1 c. water
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach jello
Preparation
    Slice ripe peaches into baked pie shell.
    Cook sugar, cornstarch, salt and water until clear, stirring all the time. Add jello.
    Cool.
    Pour over peaches and chill.
    Serve with Cool Whip or ice cream.
