Layered Mexican Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. 96% fat-free ground beef, cooked and drained
    butter flavored vegetable oil cooking spray
    1 small onion, diced
    1 (1 lb.) can nonfat refried beans
    2 oz. canned chopped green chilies
    1 1/2 c. grated nonfat Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. grated nonfat Cheddar cheese
    1 (8 oz.) jar taco sauce
    1/2 c. nonfat sour cream
Preparation
    Brown the ground beef.
    Drain thoroughly.
    Set aside.
    Spray skillet with butter flavored cooking spray.
    Brown the diced onion.
    Add cooked ground beef.
    Stir refried beans into beef mixture.
