Country Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ham
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    2 to 4 sweet potatoes
    1 (6 oz.) can pineapple (slices or chunks)
Preparation
    Place sweet potatoes in the crock-pot to form rack.
    Put the ham on top of the potatoes.
    In a bowl, mix sugar, mustard and a little pineapple juice.
    Pour over ham along with the rest of the pineapple.
    Cook on low heat for 6 to 8 hours.
