Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 c. hot water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. lukewarm water
    1 egg
Preparation
    Sift flour, then measure. In a separate bowl, pour hot water over sugar, salt and butter; stir until butter is melted. In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast in the 2 tablespoons warm water and add to the butter mixture. Add 1 cup flour, gradually beating until smooth. Add egg and remaining flour to make a soft dough. Put in refrigerator for several hours or overnight. Take out; press down to release air. Shape into walnut size balls. Put in pan and place in a warm place until they are doubled in size. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 15 minutes.
