Mexican Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 large red peppers
12 large green peppers
12 large tomatoes (ripe)
8 large onions
1 (and only 1) hot pepper (optional)
4 bunches celery
1/2 c. salt
6 c. vinegar
8 c. sugar
1 box mustard seed
Preparation
-
Grind the first 5 ingredients; combine with the salt.
Mix well.
Put in a bag and drain overnight.
Chop the celery.
