Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
    3/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 c. corn flakes
Preparation
    Combine
    potatoes,
    1/2
    cup
    butter, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese.
    Stir in remaining butter.
    Place in baking dish. Crush
    corn
    flakes
    and
    sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake
    at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Garnish with a lemon twist and parsley if desired.
    Serves 10 to 12.
