Grilled Corn - cooking recipe

1 doz. ears corn
salt and pepper
butter
Preparation

Preheat your barbecue grill.
Peel away outer husk, but do not remove.
Remove silky threads and wrap outer husk back around the ear.
Soak corn in water for 15 to 30 minutes.
Place corn on grill for 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove corn from grill; remove husk. Brush with butter and season with salt and pepper.
Roll the husked, buttered corn on the grill for a minute or 2.
Makes 6 servings, 2 ears each.
