Sandra'S Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. thinly sliced cucumbers
    1 c. thinly sliced onion
    1 c. thinly sliced sweet pepper
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Put cucumbers, onion and sweet pepper in jar or other container with lid.
    Sprinkle with salt and stir.
    Let stand in refrigerator 2 hours.
    Take out; drain liquid and add sugar, vinegar and celery seed.
    Stir.
    Put back in refrigerator.
    Will keep for 2 weeks.
