Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) jar sauerkraut, drained (save juice)
    3/4 c. celery, diced
    3/4 c. onion, diced
    3/4 c. green pepper, diced
    1 small jar pimento, drained
    7 to 8 Tbsp. sauerkraut juice
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together and bring to a boil for 3 minutes. Pour over the ingredients you set aside.
    Keep in refrigerator.
