Shrimp Butter Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shrimp (4 1/2 oz. can), drained and minced
6 Tbsp. butter
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. minced onion
2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Line round pan with large container sour cream.
Spread over this a medium jar of salsa (use slotted spoon).
Over this layer, put chopped onion and green pepper.
Over this layer, put shredded Mexican Velveeta cheese (large size).
Over this layer, put sliced ripe olives.
Serve with corn chips.
