Liz'S Favorite Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    small, new red potatoes (about 12), unpeeled and cut into bite-sized chunks
    1 large cucumber, unpeeled and cut into bite-sized chunks
    1/2 c. Seven Seas red wine vinegar reduced calorie salad dressing or to taste
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until done, but still firm.
    Drain.
    Toss together potatoes, cucumber chunks and salad dressing.
    Serve warm, at room temperature or chilled.
