Ingredients

3 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
16 oz. sour cream
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Measure flour, salt, baking soda and powder in sifter.
Cream butter with sugar until well blended in large bowl.
With beater, beat in eggs and vanilla.
Sift in flour mixture alternating with sour cream.
Blend well until batter is thick and creamy.
