    1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. powdered sugar
    2 to 3 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. Cool Whip
    Large can sliced peaches
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar well.
    Add the vanilla and Cool Whip.
