Nan'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. white potatoes, diced and cooked
    2 carrots
    1 pkg. radishes
    6 spring (green) onions
    6 boiled eggs
    8 strips bacon, cooked and diced
Preparation
    Cook potatoes; drain and set aside.
    Grate carrots and radishes (save about 5 radishes to garnish).
    Dice onions, eggs and bacon.
    Add all of the ingredients to potatoes; mix thoroughly.
