Mississippi Mud Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/3 c. cocoa powder
3 tsp. vanilla
1 large pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 c. butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream sugar and butter.
Add eggs and vanilla and beat.
Sift together the flour, cocoa and salt.
Add creamy mixture and nuts to the flour mixture.
Mix well.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan, well-greased and floured.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until tests done.
Remove from oven.
Distribute marshmallows evenly on cake.
Set oven on low temperature and melt marshmallows.
Do not allow marshmallows to brown.
Remove and let cool 20 minutes.
