Potato Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Butter Buds
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. skim milk
    1 medium onion, chopped
    6 c. chicken bouillon (made from crystals and water)
    3 c. grated cheese
    instant potato flakes
    chopped meat or vegetables (optional)
Preparation
    Stir
    Butter Buds, flour and milk together.
    Heat until thickened.
    Add onion and bouillon and cook until onion is done. Add cheese and enough potato flakes to make desired consistency. Add vegetables or meat, if used, and season to taste. Cook until thickened and cheese is melted.
