Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. cut up nut meats
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. grated raw carrots
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix sugar and oil well together.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg.
    Mix in dry ingredients, starting with flour.
    Mix well.
    Add carrots and nuts.
    Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Cool. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
