Magic Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 unbaked pie shell
2 c. cooked sweet potatoes
2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
1 (15 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
miniature marshmallows (optional)

Preparation

In a large mixing bowl blend all ingredients.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.
Miniature marshmallows may be placed in bottom of pie shell.
